PRINCIPALS
Cathy Collet
Cathy earned her B.S. degree from Saint
Mary’s College and her M.S. degree in mathematics from the
University of Notre Dame where she received National Science
Foundation grants. She developed a variety of business and
systems experience in an 18-year career at Eli Lilly and Company.
Since co-founding Collet and Schafer, Incorporated, in 1994
she has focused extensively on industry benchmarking studies,
particularly in the utility sector.
Cathy holds several professional licenses and is an experienced
and enthusiastic teacher both in university classrooms and
in business meetings. Her clients know that she likes to help
them break down their information silos and transform data
into meaningful information. She is pleased to be a pro
bono advisor for two n ot-for-profit
organizations – The
Carmelites of Indianapolis and the ALS
Association.
When she is not traveling to work with clients or to learn
about people and places, Cathy works in our Indianapolis office,
often accompanied by two rescued basset hounds, Otis and Zoe.
Lisa Schafer
Lisa has conducted performance analyses,
delivered training solutions, developed systems, and administered
industry benchmarking surveys for Fortune 100 clients. She
currently serves as a consultant in the workplace learning
and performance arena and directs comprehensive compensation
surveys in the pharmaceutical
and consumer products industries. She is pleased to share
her enthusiasm for performance support with the release of
the book, Job
Aids & Performance Support: Moving from Knowledge in the
Classroom to Knowledge Everywhere.
Lisa graduated with Highest Distinction from Purdue University
with a bachelor's degree in Management and later earned a
master's degree in Educational Technology from San Diego State
University. She enjoys living in sunny San Diego with her
two teenagers, Julie and Gregory, and their golden retriever,
Sophie.
